Brockademy is a home-learning app for children following the UK curriculum (Key Stages 1–5). An account can only be created by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the children using their family account.
One family account may include one or more parent/guardian logins (created by invitation) and one or more child profiles created by a parent. Parents are responsible for keeping login details, including children's PINs, private, and for anything done using their family's account.
New family accounts include a free trial period of 7 days from the date of signup. During the trial, the app is fully usable at no cost and no payment details are required. When the trial ends, the account moves to a free plan: daily lessons and the week-by-week Learning Journey keep working, but the Exams feature, Library, Shop and League are paused, and topic practice is limited to a small number of questions per subject per day, until the family upgrades to a paid plan. No saved progress, XP, badges, or history is ever lost on the free plan — everything is kept and the paused features become available again immediately once the family upgrades. Separately, an account may be suspended by us for misuse (see Section 4); a suspended account is fully locked until the issue is resolved.
The app must be used for personal, non-commercial home learning. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, extract content in bulk, or misuse the family/child login system to access accounts that are not yours.
Curriculum content is created for educational reference and practice. While we take care to keep it accurate and age-appropriate, it should support — not replace — a child's school-set curriculum and a parent's own judgement.
A parent may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how to do this and what happens to stored data.
If these terms change in a way that materially affects you, we will email the account holder before the change takes effect.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the email address shown in the app's Parent HQ.
